  Santiago responded quickly to our need to have the back wall of our home painted prior to our move. The wall was greatly faded, had stains and was unattractive. We wanted the new owners to be happy with the home. It now sparkles! Santiago was professional, timely and left the place spotless. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend Fast Pace Services.

  Fast Pace Services lived up to it's name. The work was organized and completed quickly and "very well" and within the budget we agreed to. They met several times to make sure we were clear on what needed to be done and were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Their staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use their services again and feel very confident referring them to others.

  They did a great job and were able to finish everything as scheduled! They came out weekends and evenings to get the new siding up as soon as possible.
