- ACAlan CaiJan 31, 20251.0Terrible elevator management company. Overcharges but does not show up to meet their own minimum requirement of visits. I had to hire a lawyer after they openly admitted to breach of contract in order to cancel my contract. I had a Noah Wittman as my accounting manager and he was both lazy and incompetent - took 4 emails and 3 phone calls over a month to get a hold of him for a standard response after the city reached out to me about our maintenance records. Avoid this company at all costs.
- BFBrittany FrenchNov 15, 20241.0TKE service has taken a nose dive in the past 2 years. The previous decade was great, but recently fulfilling basic service agreements is like pulling teeth. TKE missed our 2023 Annual Service as it "fell through the cracks." We requested a refund and/or some kind of resolution and have still received no response. This issue combined with TKE taking a full year to repair our elevator with multiple failed promises along the way. This disservice made my company and building ownership appear unprofessional by communicating to tenants what we were told by TKE, just to continuously extend the project. Had we been told the project could take up to a year at the forefront, expectations could have been met. Ideally, a company would over promise and over deliver. Minimally, under promise and deliver. In this case, we experienced under promise and barely deliver. My firm and our clients have zero confidence in TKE's ability to service elevators, make professional recommendations, or care about their customers at all. TKE is capable of making upgrade recommendations; The unfortunate situation is the lack of service is negatively impacting sales. As management we cannot make a $200k purchase recommendation when we don't receive a response to a simple inquiry about a missed service we already paid for.

We already use the at our Woodinville site and now looking to add them at my current location. Their records keeping and attention to detail sets them above the rest.
