  I want to apologize for the last review I made which was a negative one. I had a bad experience with a total different company. I called 3 total that day. BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART. Your follow-up call in this matter was fast. I DO appreciate your patience in helping me to straighten this out. For that I will save the contact info for any issues that Ready Rooter can assist me with in the future.

  Tristan came out to help me isolate a leak I had from my plumbing on my second floor. He was very helpful in providing information as to where to look and how to access the areas where the leak may be coming from. He was a good listener to what my issues were and the ways I had already tried to fiend the leak.

  They came out on Christmas! In the evening!! Sure it was an emergency, but they came out and checked out the problem at no charge. Nobody else was even picking up their phones. I then had two other companies give me a quote and Ready Rooters were the most reasonable by far. Fernando and his crew were amazing. Showed up at 8 AM sharp (the earliest time they can make noise per ordinance), worked hard as heck, and left it clean after the job. Then followed up afterwards. I was and am impressed. Courteous, sympathetic, and through. Talk about professionals. All through out the process, I felt like they were on my side. I am really glad I found them. In my house, any plumbing issues moving forward will be attended by Ready Rooters.

Panic mode activated! 🚨 I called Ready Rooter and here's where they absolutely crushed it: A REAL HUMAN answered the phone! In 2025, this feels like finding a unicorn. No "press 1 for this, press 2 for that" nonsense. Just a friendly, knowledgeable person who actually listened to my plumbing nightmare. Technician on-site in HOURS, not days. When they said "quick turnaround," they meant it. Most companies would've had me waiting until next week. Ready Rooter had someone at my door within a couple of hours. The repair itself? Efficient, professional, and problem SOLVED. Our toilets are flowing like champions again. In a world of automated systems and "we'll get to you when we get to you" attitudes, Ready Rooter reminded me what excellent customer service looks like.
