  I called in because I had a sewer smell coming from the kitchen sink area . Marianna scheduled me and was very helpful. The technicians Danny and Junior were helpful and hydro jetted my kitchen line and letting me know it had built up grease . They provided before and after videos and kept me updated the whole time . Happy with the service and will recommend to friends and family !

  Overall I cannot recommend Ready Rooter. I was charged a total of $1000 to replace two valves and supply lines. 1 to a toilet and 1 to a sink (non emergency) this was $600. Some additional work was performed to replace the innards of my toilet which I imagine was preventative but not necessary, this was $400. I called them asked for a partial refund as I believe this is egregious. This is probably $40-60 dollars in parts. The other 900 is supposed to be labor/warranty? I was routed to a very rude supervisor who was quick to remind me that they are a business and his plumbers are licensed. Sure. I agree. That doesn't change the value proposition being offered. In short he told me to fly a kite. Nice guy!

  Andrew was one of the very best home service technicians I have hired in 40+ years of being a homeowner. Yes, Andrew is that good. He was professional, personable, thoughtful and skilled. He conveyed not only that he cared about his work but also that he cared about us and our home. It felt like we had reached out to a knowledgeable friend and neighbor and that neighbor had showed up to help us as though he was working on his own home or his parents’ home. He cared that much, certainly while he was on our job. That level of attention and integrity is rare. Now that I’ve found it, I will not hesitate to call Ready Rooter again and to ask for Andrew.

  Alan and Zane were absolutely outstanding! From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it with confidence and skill. What really stood out was their teamwork — efficient, respectful, and totally focused on getting the job done right. They explained everything clearly, worked cleanly, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. Thanks to Alan and Zane, the issue was resolved faster than I expected, and the results were flawless. I couldn’t be happier with their service. Highly recommended! 👏🔧
