  We had backed-up showers and toilets in our house, and Santino from Ready Rooter came out on a Sunday, arriving in less than two hours, to diagnose the issue. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had already opened our septic tank lids, and he thoroughly checked everything, confirming that the problem was simply a full septic tank, not a plumbing issue. He also shared helpful tips and advice for future maintenance and didn’t even charge us for the service call or diagnosis! We’re extremely satisfied with Ready Rooter’s service, and I won’t hesitate to call them again whenever we need help.

  We had a clog in our pipe that was further than the drain snake could reach. I called Ready Rooter and they came out within a few hours. They had the tools to reach the clog, and took care to protect my floor and hallway from the machine they brought in. The plumber was professional and told me exactly what it would cost before I agreed to have him do the work. Overall I am happy with their services and the price was reasonable.

  Cody and his team over were awesome throughout this entire process. Highly recommend! We lost the ability to use any water in the house without flooding our basement, and his team was out bright and early the next morning. They worked hard and got the job done for us quickly, while being very kind and respectful of us and our space. A+!

  I called Ready Rooter specifically for an acute problem: my washing machine drain was overflowing and I requested a drain clear and/or camera scope to identify the blockage. Instead of addressing the immediate issue, the first technician focused on the fact that parts of the plumbing were not up to current code (the line necked down from 2” to 1.5”) and recommended replacing the entire section of drain piping to bring it up to code. While I understand that may be the appropriate long-term fix, my immediate request for a scope or temporary clear to address the active backup was declined. The supervisor came out specifically to bid the pipe replacement and initially would not scope the washing machine standpipe at all. He scoped the laundry sink drain (which was heavily corroded), but not the actual line that was overflowing. After I pushed for it, he did scope the washing machine standpipe and found a removable plug from an old sink blocking the pipe — likely from a recent remodel. Once identified, I was able to open the pipe myself, remove the obstruction, and reconnect the drain. The quote to replace about 10 feet of pipe was close to $4,000, which wasn’t realistic for me at this time. The most uncomfortable part was that the company showed up the next morning to do the work without ever confirming that I wanted to proceed or scheduling the job with me. I don’t disagree that the plumbing may need to be updated to code at some point, but clearer diagnostics of the actual problem and better communication around consent and scheduling would have made this a much better experience.

  Our water heater went out so I relit pilot light, but still called ready rooter. When the tech double checked me, he saw a small leak in the pipe above it, and that it did not have a pressure tank per code. We also saw it expelling some water from the relief pipe. Time for a new one! Then the plumbing tech camera’ed our sewer to verify and earlier camera effort by PSE and found the same root clog, but this time he marked the exact location and depth to help make an easy quick repair. This tech did a great job and answered every question , so I bet Ready Rooter Svc can do same for you too! Dave in Bellevue WA
