  Alex and crew are always extremely friendly, helpful with advice and quick to respond with quotes and answers to questions, all of which are rare with your typical contractor, not to mention the quality of the end result. Igor, a former family doctor in Ukraine, worked through freezing rain to single handedly get all the heavy work of tearing down and rebuilding a corner of rotting house frame in under two days! All very impressive, as was the response to return for minor touchup requirements.

  We had a repair needed for our house from water damage. We found Golden Remodel and Construction online. We was skeptical at first but still wanted to try them out due to the urgency. Alex (GCR's manager) was able to come out and provided an estimate on the same day which is incredibly fast compared to the other companies that we also asked from. Alex's quote was also very competitive so my insurance approved the next day. On the day of repair, Alex walkthroughed the scope of work with Bohdan, Ihor and Ivan. They promised the work would be done in 3 days which for the amount of work is very reasonable. Bohdan, Ihor and Ivan worked very hard each day to stay on track and they were very meticulous to make sure things are done right. Alex also responded very quickly when i have questions. While they were working on the project, I found out another part of my ceiling needed to be repaired and Alex's team was able to work on that the same day. I'm very pleased with the result and felt very glad that we had such a good team to do the work. Highly recommended if you have any remodel in the house.

  I can’t begin to tell you how amazing my bathroom looks. Not only was the work clean and beautiful, but the owners are so honest and kind! The price for the renovation of my bathrooms was so reasonable and they even found ways to save me money on materials! I highly recommend this business! They also renovated my kitchen! I will Post those photos later

  Golden Remodel & Construction company did an incredible job with the tile work I offered them. They were always on time and it was easy to communicate with them. Yet, quality of their work and attention to details would be the two things I would like to highlight. Definitely recommend this company.
