Tana Mallory was exceptionally responsive and personally visited the site before, during, and after the project to ensure timelines, quality, and details were handled all handled. We had design and permitting complexities related to the existing deck structure. Those were managed skillfully, allowing us to avoid unnecessary changes and additional costs. The entire crew was professional, friendly, punctual, and respectful. Logan, the foreman, was especially impressive. He was friendly, organized, and clearly committed to quality. Demolition, construction, and finishing were all handled flawlessly. The result is a beautiful 1,200-square-foot deck with exceptional build quality that exceeded our wildest expectations. They went above and beyond even customizing a gate for us and adding penny lights on the stairs. I highly recommend Three60Decks for professionalism, responsiveness, and craftsmanship.
