  We loved working with CS Floors and our refinished wood floors are amazing. They were very responsive to inquiries, scheduled promptly, and for a competitive price. During the actual work they were careful, pleasant, paid attention to details and finished in the promised timeline. Each day they left the area clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend CS Flooring. The before and after photos show their fine work.

  CS Floors re-tiled our fireplace surround and hearth. The entire experience was positive from the moment I walked into the store until the final inspection of the work. Great communication - with us and among their team - sales, design, installers and owner.

  We are very happy with our floors! Catrice was a delight to work with. In fact, everyone we dealt with from CS Floors was knowledgeable and helpful. Added bonus - they did the floors both sooner and faster than we were expecting.

  So pleased with our flooring results. Getting our quote scheduled was easy and folks were friendly. The carpet removal and flooring install was quick and looks amazing. Our installer was on time and friendly. We couldn’t be happier with our results, admittedly our job was a small one, but we were pleased with our experience from start to finish. Amy was especially helpful in guiding us throughout the process and following up to ensure we were happy with our results. We look forward to working with them again in the future.
