  Mason gave a very detailed initial inspection and when he came back for a second visit he sat with me and gave me information about the company and it’s history, information about supplies that they use, how the process works and a detailed estimate. I was a bit lost at one point and he even drew me a picture of what we were discussing. 😂 I am excited to get my repairs done to my roof and gutters and future maintenance with this company.

  Jeff was great. He listened to all of my concerns before getting up on the roof and into the attic for an inspection. He found that nearly all of the areas that looked to be leaking we're dry and the leaks had been previously repaired. The best part is that Guardian had done the prior repairs and he had all the records to show me. The prior owner simply hadn't refinished the soffit but they are bone dry and ready for refinishing. He found a few areas that can use some attention and he's putting together a quote. We will definitely continue to work with Jeff and Guardian Roofing. They are honest, thorough, and helpful. I highly recommend Guardian Roofing.

  Andrew was super professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about roofs. He came out a couple of years ago and Guardian Roofing replace some of my cracked vents. Andrew just did a complete inspection of the roof and said we’re great shape actually except for the south side that gets a little hot. The shingles are getting a little worn but he said we’re good for 2 to 3 years there where other roofing companies have come out and said it needs to be replaced right away. I appreciate the honesty and integrity and professionalism of Andrew.

  Life long customer established. Edgar (inspector) was phenomenal. He worked with me on my hectic schedule, going above and beyond to meet the realtor at the house when I couldn't be there to truly diagnose the issue and establish a game plan. He was transparent, patient, and extremely helpful. I can't express my gratitude enough. Malia (project engineer) was extremely thorough, detailing expectations, and again worked with me through my hectic schedule. Friendly customer service and a quick response each time. Thank you. 🙏🏻 And Everardo. You absolutely killed it. Quick work, professional install, and amazing clean up. It doesn't even look like a major roof repair was done. There was no debris left behind and the shingle repair perfectly matches. Everything was documented in thorough pictures so I could show the buyers it was properly repaired. I couldn't ask for better. For real. This isn't a paid review. I'm not a bot. I'm just a dude who was frantically trying to sell my house and am grateful someone recommended Guardian Roofing. You guys have some quality employees. I'll be calling y'all back next month for fresh gutters on my new place.
