We've collaborated as designer-contractor on several client projects, as well as on my own personal investment properties. Chad has worked as a contractor for 20+ years and has a wealth of knowledge & expertise! He takes a lot of pride in his craft and provides top quality workmanship! Chad is an incredibly hard worker, extremely efficient, very skilled, highly focused, and trustworthy! Although he performs most of the work on his own, he brings in subs and specialty trades as needed for each project. All that being said, my favorite thing about working with Chad is that he brings my designer visions to life….AND, he works endlessly to make the final result a showstopper for our clients! Highly recommended!!

He has the tools and knowledge to efficiently complete any project, no matter what complications arise during the process. We now have a wonderful remodeled kitchen, two new rooms, a new shower, closets, flooring and steps. It took a little longer because he did most of the work alone and Covid regulations didn't help. I would recommend CAP Construction to those who want quality craftsmanship for their home.

The work takes a bit longer than a large company since he is doing all of the work (demo, drywall, tile, paint, etc) himself, but the personal touch is fantastic and well worth it. He is very honest and accommodating for the subs.
