Brandon was our technician and we couldn't have been more pleased with is level of service! He took time to explain how our system works, it's current condition and things to watch for. He was very thorough and even went beyond the basic service to investigate more and take picures of the inside of the heat exchangers. At the end of the service call Brandon presented several different options for replacement if we decide to go that route down the road, but was not pushy or overselling in any way. All said, he spent nearly 2.5 hours with us. This was the second time we have had Allred perform a furnace service and we have been very pleased both times! Highly recommend their company!
