  Grayson did an outstanding job with our service. From the start, he was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was going on with our system in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. What stood out the most was his attention to detail and honesty, he didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary and made sure everything was running efficiently before he left.   I’m beyond impressed with the service I received from Allred Heating, Cooling, and Electric. Specifically the top-tier work done by Grayson. Having our heater go out was a huge stress, but Grayson handled everything perfectly. He arrived right on schedule and was professional from the moment he stepped through the door.   How do you rate a company that provides great service but lacks contractual requirements? For several years, I requested to get my filter per our contract but it’s never provided. I understand I have a 4” filter and your contact supports only 1”, but I want the 1” that fits my HVAC. I reached out an addressed this issue several times, I’ve told the staff at conventions, I’ve called prior to my appointment to remind you to bring my 1” filter, but nothing is ever provided. I ve heard you even discussed this issue during staff meetings. I wish I would get my contractual 1” filter.
