Kayleigh was quick to call me and get my appointment scheduled for the following day, which I greatly appreciated. They provided transparent pricing and a very accurate estimate for services. Technicians Joshua and his trainee were great and addressed all questions I had. I highly recommend A Advance and plan to use their services in the future!
- BBBrianMar 30, 20262.0They came out on a Sunday to renton for backed up drains into 2 bathrooms, and said it was my drain field, so they pumped my septic tank and i told them before pumping, i just got it pumped 6 months ago, and they said my drain field was fine. And the backed up bathrooms was still there, and they couldn't fix it. But still charged me 775.00 and said they have to get a plumber out to snake drain lines wel that took 2 hrs got it unplugged but cost anther 750.00. The guys were nice but I was way overcharged. Because it wasn't fixed with the first visit

I called a few different places and they were the only ones who answered the phone. The guy who took the appointment was really nice and went over what the pricing would be and what could be depending on what was needed. The guy came same day and was also really nice. He got everything done and explained anything I asked. The total cost was lower than what I thought. I definitely will be using them again. Super nice, super convenient and great job done and honest pricing.
