They loaded the machine into my truck and prior to loading made sure I knew how to operate the equipment. When I came back the guy at the front recognized me and had things all wrapped up quickly.

Drop off was about 1 hour late and they gave me the machine without a thumb but it was a very good machine and got the job done.
