  Septic Solutions has done work for me at another location and when my current problem arose I chose to go back to them. They were prompt, efficient, technically proficient, hard working, and a pleasure to have working at my home. Oleksandr and Artem did a great job. They kept me informed as to what was being done and left the site in even better shape than when they arrived. Slavic, someone I knew from other work done, came by to perform a task that different equipment required. He was pleasant and hard working as always. I would recommend Septic Solutions for any work needed on home septic systems. The office staff, especially Monica, are very helpful and well informed. When you call, you will be well on your way to having your septic issues resolved.

  Vitalli showed up on the job on time and had his equipment set up and ready to go quickly. He totally explained what he was going to do, and went ahead and did an excellent job. Totally professional and worth every penny. I'd recommend very highly and will for sure be calling them next time again Super happy.

  Had my septic backing up into the house. Their response was quick. They diagnosed the problem with my system and gave me options. I appreciate that they showed me what was going on the whole time. I did not feel left in the dark.They pumped out my tank and were quickly on their way. In just a few hours my home was liveable once more.

  We had our alarm go off on the septic system. I called them to come out and take a look at it and also get the tank pumped. They pumped the tank and gave us a quote for nearly $10k of everything they think needed to be done to it to get it back up and running. they said we needed a new recirculating pump since it wasnt working. But it was. The issue ended up being the breaker in the main panel was off for the discharge pump to our drain field. Turned on the breaker and everything works great, no alarm. $10k quote not needed. Felt like a HUGE money grab. Poor diagnostic skills and the guy seemed impatient with us. I will not use them again.

  I emailed Septic Solutions on Sunday evening at about 7 PM that it looked like a coyote had gotten into our drainfield and chewed on one of the pipes and it probably needed replacing. I thought for sure that I would hear back Monday morning but No, Monica from the company called back Sunday night! She couldn’t have been nicer and she said that they could send a technician out in the morning. I so did not expect that.. So Tou Came out and told me that yes the coyote had done damage and that some of the tubing in the drainfield needed replacing unfortunately. I thought that this would be like a $500 job but no the tubing cost $500 and apparently they doubled the price and then there was his labor. Grand total was $1400 for a chewed up plastic pipe. I know the drainfield pipes are complicated and they’re not just a plastic pipe with holes in it. I would’ve given five stars but I thought $1400 was way too much. The good news is that when Tou Was finished replacing the plastic pipes. He did open up my septic tanks to see whether they needed pumping and he nicely rinsed off the filters. I really appreciated that and that helped soften paying $1400. I think Septic Solutions is great, but I do feel like that They are overpriced as I did make a few phone calls subsequently and the companies I called said they would have been less, but it was nice to get it fixed less than 24 hours after we saw the pipes have been compromise by the coyotes!!
