  Tou has great customer service skills. I was rather spun up from the alarm coming from our septic system. He showed up, introduced himself and gave me a brief summary of what he was going to do. While he worked through his inspection he explained things in way that made great sense. After the inspection, he talked me through the next steps and included me in the decision making process. By then end of it all, he was able to turn an uncomfortable situation into an awesome learning experience. Job well done!

  Whether it's repairs or maintenance to our commercial or residential septic systems, Septic Solutions always does a great job. They are prompt, courteous, and professional, and always leave our property clean. They also go above and beyond to help members of our community. I recently was driving past one of the Septic Solutions trucks which had pulled over to the side of the road. The driver was helping an elderly lady change a flat tire. Such great guys!

  We used Septic Solutions a year ago when we had some trees fall and were worried about damage to our system. Then, just recently, we called them to come out and look at another issue due to the age of our system. Both times, they were very professional to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Alex and Paul handled the work they did very professionally. They even came back a second time this year at no charge because we had an additional concern which wound up to be nothing, but it put our minds at ease having them take a look anyway. Dennis is very kind and takes the time to explain everything in detail. The office staff, especially Monica is super friendly and very helpful when you call. We are happy with Septic Solutions.

  We had some problems and needed our septic tank pumped when I called septic solutions phone was answered by a helpful and knowledgeable employee she looked up the history of our property and told me where our pump and Drainfield is located. Slavic their technician already completed one emergency job before arriving on a Saturday afternoon to save us. We had a stuck lid and he kept at it with confidence and a good attitude. He worked past sundown and noticed we had no filter he took care of that and cleaned the tank thoroughly. I am extremely happy and grateful for a job well done on short notice.
