    My septic tank was full and starting to back up into the house. I reached out to septic solution and needed an emergency septic pumping. Monika was polite and great to deal with and sent a tech out for an emergency septic tank pumping. The tech Slavik was awesome, professional and had my septic tank cleaned and the blockage in the plumbing fixed in less than a hour!

    The company sent out a young man by the name of Tou Xiong. He is well informed, competent and remarkably kind and patient. He came out on a cold and wet Friday evening and stayed late working to do the right thing while educating me on all my options. Great rep for the company!
