This is a long one but worth the read!
I can’t speak for any one else but I can honestly say these guys are amazing. I called in asking about having 4 18 inch wheels sand blasted and asked if they wanted to see them because they were pretty bad. Painted multiple times and flaking all over. He quoted me a reasonable price over the phone. When we talked about scheduling we quickly realized that I worked longer hours than he was open. He even offered to come meet me after hours for dropping off. Luckily i didn’t have to take him up on it because my dad was able to drop off and pick up. I asked what the turn around time was and he said about 3 days. When I told him I was leaving that Friday for a trip(the call was on Tuesday) and I would just wait till I got back because I wanted to prime them before I left and I wouldn’t have time before I left at a 3 day turn around he accommodated me once again and said “just get them here tomorrow and I’ll make sure they get done in 1 day.” Now after all of that we get to the part of quality of work. (He did not make me dismount the tiers by the way, and other shops wanted me to.) These wheels look awesome I’m going to be able to hit them with a little scotch bright and prime them right away. He saved me countless hours of tedious hand sanding to not even come close to as nice as these look. When my dad went to pick up the wheels he was told they were horrible. That makes me laugh a little because I did warn him on the phone how bad they were. Here is where the honor in this story comes in. He said if he were to do them again he would have charged 3 times the original cost because they were powder coated multiple times and he had to put a ton of extra work into the wheels. He kept the original price and did not even try to shake me down for more money. As someone who is in a business of making a living from bids on work I know what it’s like to wrongfully bid a job and feel like you lost on it, but feel like I need to keep my price to stay true to my customer I really really respect this kind of business practice. Not only will I be swinging by and giving a little something extra for his time and sending anything else I need done to him. I figured a nice glowing honest review is also in order...
Keep up the good work guys you are doing a great job for your local community!!!!!
Nolan.

Good work but not Great!
Took a mower deck in to see JB Sandblastings work. Had to call to determine completion. Expected clean metal but receive partial work. Was told the metal was blooming. Maybe rust but not paint. Recommendations: Hold a higher standard, check your work and only release a product your proud of. Didn't receive a receipt and manager was quick to put cash straight to his pocket vice the register. Questionable service and business practice.

Had an old two man saw blade with years of rust, done in an hour and ready for some cool. Artwork to be done on it. Very happy with service and finished product. I will be back. Great price too.

My contact with this business was a poor one. I brought a frame in to be sandblasted and powder coated. When I picked it up I thought all was fine until I tried to put my leaf springs on, turned out my leaf spring hangers which were permantly mounted to the frame were missing. What was most frusturati g was the owner and the managers lack of customer service. I left multiple messages which were ignored. I went to the shop to talk to the manager with no luck in solving this issue.... the hangers were riveted on and when I got my frame back they were missing and the spot powder coated over. One star is for lack of customer service.
