Today we had an issue with a small power control unit, they did a quick video chat with me and then came out the same afternoon and fixed our issue extremely fast. I couldn't recommend this company more and I will continue to reach out to and recommend them in the future. I am grateful to have found such a reliable company to take care of my families needs.

I had the electrician install a brand new Generac Generator and discovered after the install it was not powering the house. The electrician was a one man show Kyle and his business name is Critical Electric. After months of saying he was going fix the problem he never returned and had been paid in full. Don from Arlington Electric came out and quickly discovered that the generator had been installed incorrectly and all of the fuses and the circuit board were blown. Stick with an established company and you will most likely get good customer service and have employees working on your home that know what they are doing.

James was very responsive always keeping us up to date on what the next instalation steps would be along with providing a courtesy call before arriving at our home. He also was very thorough on explaining how the generator works and showing us the different parts of the system. We are very happy/satisfied doing business with Arlington Electric.
