- TTToFuNov 5, 20191.0Worst customer service iv ever had they made me wait over 45min to get 35 2x4x8 HF and 20 2x6x8 HF . half of Those peices had fork marks taking out got my money back went to BMC in Everett. Customer service was 100% better never coming back to Builders FirstSource.

I was probably the most indecisive customer she's ever dealt with, but she was insanely patient and helpful anyways. The windows were best price around, too. Would definitely recommend and will use them again.
