I called Overhead Door. They told me a tech could come 2 days later, and I would be told the exact time the next day. I received the call as promised, and the tech arrived at the appointed time. He saw immediately that a cable had broken - something I hadn't even noticed. He knew exactly what to do, had everything he needed with him to repair the door, and completed the work in about an hour. The cost was very reasonable. I could not be happier with the service I received from the first call to the completion of the job.
