  Installation was spot on. The installers were prompt, courteous, and very neat. Communication prior to the install was excellent. I also appreciated their documentation for care and cleaning of the product. Very easy to do business with Garage Outfitters.

  Terrible customer service. Finally got them to come out for an estimate but never got them to work a single day on the project. Had to keep initiating follow up emails with them myself and after the last email correspondence, never heard back from them. Seemed overpriced to me but was willing to work with them in the end...had they ever responded to me. Not professional in the least. Goodbye.

  After we agreed on a quote to epoxy my garage floor and apply a logo in the floor, the owner backed out of installing a logo in my floor. Said it wouldn't work and didn't want to do it. Said he'd put the logo down on the floor but would not seal over it. Told them to seal over it when put down and I'd take responsibility if failed. When job was done they didn't put the logo down and wouldn't seal it. I have another vender willing to come and help me out. These guys only agreed to get the job and then backed out from doing what I wanted. Would not recommend!

  Garage Outfitters is an outstanding company. Tyler, who provided our quote with several options, was on time, very precise, and highly professional. The installation was also right on schedule, 2 days, for multiple layers. The floor looks great. We decided to go with this product and Garage Outfitters because friends of our have the same floor and it has held up perfectly for years. The installation process was completely stress free. These guys met or exceeded our expectations in every way!

  Tyler and his crew were great to work with. Very courteous, friendly, and when finished with the garage floor they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. The floor is beautiful and very happy with Garage Outfitters work. We would highly recommend them.
