    My well failed overnight and I started calling well service providers in an attempt to figure how to get this problem resolved. My wife and I spoke with Fred from Green Mountain Pump Service and although we were outside of his service area, he was happy to talk about our issue and give his insight. He helped us troubleshoot the problem over the phone. Ultimately we worked with a different company, but Fred was spot on in his analysis. He said we could call with any additional questions anytime. I wish we were within his service area because I would definitely hire Fred. His customer service was above and beyond.
