  The good and the bad. Used Friend for a re-roof of the garage. They weren't the cheapest but they were communicative and did what they said they would do. The work was quality and done well. Very satisfied. Where the satisfaction broke down was requesting a quote for another job from them after the garage roof. Basically I was ignored. Repeatedly asked for the quote and repeatedly got no response. I don't have a problem if you say it's not a job we don't want to do but in this case it was crickets. Zero communication.

  This is our second roofing job that Friend's has completed for us. We wouldn't use anyone else. Eric and his crew are just great to deal with. The barn roof was completed and cleaned up in a day and his estimate was spot on and the cost was so reasonable for the quality and experience. We highly recommend this company to anone.

  This contractor left us hanging for over a month with a leak in our roof. He promised to set up an appointment to come by within two weeks of our conversation, but even after several calls to check in, has failed to follow up. If the company was too busy to do the work they should have been upfront about that.
