  I cannot trust a business that doesn't return calls and does not answer the phone, and when they do, it's as if I am bothering them. They are obviously too busy for my little project and even though the individual I spoke to stated that "someone would call", I just don't believe it. So, if you want to get your glass replaced, I would recommend going elsewhere.

  Excellent place to take your window panes for glass replacement. They put in the correct glass and they did it way quicker than I expected. The man was professional and easy to get along with. They have a huge selection of all types of glass. I even saw a broken table for repair with curved cut glass, so that shows they are well qualified and capable of doing even the most complicated jobs.

  Had an excellent experience at the Glass Shop. Got the most resonable estimate for a replacement window repair. The work was done in the timeframe they promised and at the lower end of the estimated price! Highly recommend!

  Took 9 months to replace a screen door. Dropped it off in February and called almost weekly. They finished it second week in October. Just in time for winter. When I arrived to pick it up, it was broken and they charged me double the estimate. What a joke.
