Colby was super focused on the task, and showed experience from his diagnosis of what the problem was starting by listening to the homeowner account about what the the current situation was. He resolved the problem effectively and explained the causes which will help the homeowner to avoid reoccurrence of the problem. He was super professional and assertive.

Colby of BP Wastewater is a total professional - experienced, highly skilled, methodical, clear communicator, and very easy to work with - thank you for your help! I’m also totally impressed by BP’s scheduling and texting system to keep customers informed. A breeze all the way around.

I called BP to have my grease trap serviced in my restaurant on a Thursday and Colby promptly showed up at 8am the following Monday to take care of it. He was friendly and professional and completed the service within 30 minutes. Colby explained the next steps of the process clearly and answered all my questions. Top notch service. Give Ben and his team a call. They’ll help you out I. A jiffy. Thanks BP!!!
$275/hr is a lot! But our water service was frozen and the City said they couldn't fix it, so with trepidation I agreed to pay this.
They got right to work when they arrived. They were professional and focused on the job throughout. And, they got the pipes thawed! I would give 4.5 stars just because the price feels a little predatory, but given our experience with Colby and his crew, and the result, I'm rounding up. I hope I never have to call again, but I'll trust them to help if I do.
One last note is that the truck came from a job in Charlotte, and I was braced for travel time to be added to the bill. But this was not the case. They only charged me for the time they were at our house working.
Thank you.

Corey is one of the best service technicians I have ever encountered servicing anything in any of my homes over the years.
Friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and courteous, and referred me to another service that has a good chance of solving A complicated problem involving two commonly used appliances that incorporate drainage usage.
Corey fixed the drain access in the basement that has an important function to inspect and/or clear the drainage line for The kitchen sink; garbage disposal and dishwasher and washing machine.
Corey also installed a vent under the sink to eliminate The possibility of another negative factor in this complicated problem.
Corey isolated the problem of one of the appliances, indicating it’ causing it’s own problem while directing me to what might be the genesis of the problem with The other Appliance.
Both of these appliances have had long-term issues that would not be resolved without Corey laying the groundwork to resolution.
