- WMWilliam McGrath6 days ago4.0BP cleared a blockage on a Friday. The following Tuesday there was partial blockage that got progressively worse. Approximately 3 weeks later after my attempting to clear the blockage myself, I had BP come back & with their camera they determined that the pipe had broken.

They were on a call in St Albans and showed up within time stated. Very thorough and not in a rush to get out of here. Back flushed several times to make sure all solids were gone! Will definitely use this company on a scheduled basis from now on. Highly recommend these guys!!

The tech who did the inspection (Ryan Edwards-Pawley) did an outstanding job inspecting my exterior waste lines and locating my septic tank below grade, allowing for only a minor hand-dug hole to uncover the tank access cover for pumping. The entire crew and company did a great job!
