    Kyle was very proficient and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of HVAC. He showed photos of any problem areas prior to servicing. Our flow of air exchange is remarkably noticeable. He kept us informed the entire time. It was extremely fortunate I mentioned our dehumidifier in our crawl space had not been maintained and Kyle serviced it as well and it is great to know the filter has been cleaned and a spot on inspection was performed, so we got another overly needed service done the same day-two birds. Kyle was courteous, considerate, and pleasant. We appreciated him and have intentions requesting him as our representative for any area he specializes in. Thanks Kyle for reminding us there are still people like you who takes pride in his work and not out to screw us over like so many other people. The picture of the return made it apparent the previous company had not properly serviced it at all. It's fortunate for us because I nearly put a call in to have A.M. to "service" us again. I will definitely recommend Worleys to others and have them ask for Kyle for any HVAC needs.

    As always Worley's came through for us. Called a day ago about our heat not working and got an appointment for service a day later. Lamont came out on time and found the problem right away. He was able to do the repair and as always did a great job! Lamont was professional and very friendly!! We have always had great service and the customer service team nd technicians at Worley's are all great! Worley's installed our heating and AC unit and also did our encapsulation and drains. I will continue to recommend them. Kudos to the Worley's team!

    We had an excellent experience with Cameron from Worley’s. He was professional, patient, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. During the camera inspection, he took the time to clearly explain what he found, using simple, easy-to-understand terms and even drawing diagrams to make sure I fully understood the situation. What truly stood out was his willingness to go the extra mile — he also took the time to explain everything again to my husband over the phone, ensuring we both felt informed and confident about the next steps. Cameron genuinely represents the values and integrity that Worley’s stands for. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such kindness and professionalism. We are extremely grateful for his service and highly recommend both Cameron and the Worley’s team.

    I hired Worley’s Home Services to service the HVAC system at my rental property. After their initial assessment, I was told the system would need to be replaced due to age and the unavailability of parts. I scheduled the replacement for 13 February 2026, and the technicians arrived that morning. I left them with a key so they could finish the work even if I was not on site. I had a tenant arriving the next day, 14 February, with all of their belongings, and their previous lease ended that same day. Because of this, it was critical that the heat be operational before the end of the day on the 13th. The technicians on site assured me that at minimum, the heat would be working before they left. When I returned around 4:00 p.m., the technicians were gone, and no one had contacted me. I discovered the heat was not on, and despite troubleshooting, I could not get the system to run. With my tenant arriving the next day and no heat in the home, I had to pay out of pocket for an Airbnb to ensure they had a place to stay. On 24 February, Worley’s contacted me, and I asked whether they would offer any restitution or discount given the assurances made by their technicians and the additional expenses I incurred. After speaking with her supervisor, the representative informed me that no compensation of any kind would be provided. Based on this experience, I will not be using Worley’s Home Services again and will be advising others to avoid them as well.

    This was the second time Lamont has been over on a service call. The first time he stopped by late in the evening after working hours to diagnose the issue with our A/C unit. He stayed until the problem was identified. Then he took the time to explain the issue and went over the available options available to us to remedy situation. This time was during normal working hours, but called to ask if he could stop by earlier than scheduled, since his work was being completed faster than expected. We appreciated that. Each time Lamont was prompt, professional and polite. He efficiently diagnosed the issue with our unit, took the time to answer all of our questions to our satisfaction, explain what he had done, informed us what the plan was moving forward to fix the issue and kept us informed on the progress of the necessary work. Lamont’s on-the-job performance, pleasant demeanor and patience in response to our questions and concerns left us confident that the repair was done by a professional that took pride in his work and that he wanted to do right by his customer. Lamont's performance is representative of the experience we have received from others of your team of service professionals. Thanks!
