On a very cold week I found myself without heat with a 24 year old unit, Called Worleys at 8, a tech was out by 10, installation of new unit completed 2 days later on a 2 year interest free payment plan. The installer, Jarred Midkiff and crew, started at 8AM and didnt leave the house until I was up and running on a new HVAC system at 9:30pm that night. Talk about dilligent and dedicated. The quality of the installation was superb. I find Worley's to be priced higher than the neighborhood HVAC competitors by 10%+, but.... The installation is timely and quality of installation is noticeably good even to the layman.

He showed me the part that required replacement and did the repair in a very few minutes. He was professional, efficient, and completely trustworthy. Andra spent many hours here today basically taking the entire unit apart so that it could be repaired correctly. He was careful, thorough, professional and we have heat again!! Scheduled an appointment and they were out within 24hrs. The technician assigned “Colin” who is a knowledgeable technician arrived early and no sooner he came into the house to check the furnace he heard the problem right away and Fixed it within 15 minutes. We have working heat thanks to him. We also got a discount on our service call to have maintenance twice a year at $17.50 a month, which is great for home owners. I (will,would) RECOMMEND Worley.
