  Charged my 74-year-old mother $188 to do nothing. They told her she had a leaking drain - that's it. They told her it would be $600 to replace it. I begged her to wait until I could get there to fix it. This company is disgusting.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE AWAFUL!! If I could give them ZERO STARS I would. They must have friends and family putting up the 5 star reviews because there is NO WAY THIS COMPANY WOULD EVER DESERVE A FIVE STAR REVIEW. They are terrible and not worth the money. If you do have them come to your, I would recommend keeping an eye on them because they have no idea what they’re doing especially any an older home. I also recommend giving them a breathalyzer when they arrive because they may be drunk, which was our experience. We have now had them come to our house 4 times and the incompetence demonstrated on all 4 visits is mind-boggling. I should have known that it was going to be ridiculous considering they sent a DRUNK plumber with a teenage assistant to start with this entire ordeal with them. Here’s more details of how truly terrible they are for anyone that may be interested. First visit they sent a plumber & his assistant. Thankfully the assistant wasn’t useless because he knew enough to call a supervisor because the plumber WAS DRUNK! Supervisor came onsite and was very apologetic and assured us they would come back to fix it. Second visit, they did return but didn’t complete the task and told us it was because a part was missing. We ordered the “missing” part (because they want the customer to do all that for them apparently) and when it arrived we found the “missing” one in the box with everything else. So now we have 2 of the same part for them to come back and complete. Third time they come and FINALLY completed the task. Except they didn’t complete it because it is STILL leaking, but amazingly the leak is worse than it was before. The previous leak could be controlled but now there’s no turning it off and it’s a constant stream. Today was the FOURTH VISIT for the “new” leak and the plumber told us we need to order a part for him to fix it. We then received the invoice charging us $0 and saying that the task is completed. Can someone make that make sense? TERRIBLE OVERALL EXPERIENCE.

  David from Just Plumbing was professional, thorough, & friendly. After some time snaking he found source of our problem. Thanks for the excellent service, even though in this case solution is more complicated & will need return visit. We’re confident we have end of our issue in sight!

  Zack was very professional and did a great job. He was quick and good. Drain was cleared in less than twenty minutes.

  Is the $500 per hour a current rate for a plumber? I had my tankless water heater flushed and the ignitor and a flaming rod cleaned on January 5. I was quoted $359 (this can be verified with the recording they do while talking to each customer), but when plumbers came they charged me $659 as each service (flush and clean) were separated. They were here about 1 hour and 20 minutes and used a $20 bottle of the cleaner. While the pump was running, they were cleaning the flaming rod. In another words, they were doing two things at the same time, but I got charged for each service separately. I complained to the front office and was told that a manager would call me. He did not have a decency to call. Guys who came did a good job, but I got charged almost double. Cannot select 0 stars so it is 1 star.
