  Had just plumbing come out to install a new faucet on a wall shower , I supplied the parts and they installed the faucets incorrectly. It was about a week later when we tried the shower and saw it wasn't working correctly, I called Just plumbing back and spoke with the owner who was beyond rude and said they were going to charge us another trip fee and that we should have used their parts and their work wasn't warrantied because of that. I explained to him the issue and he wouldn't budge. When the new technician arrived and said the faucets where installed incorrectly and they would take care of it with no extra charge I thanked him. I at least expected a return call from the owner with an apology but didn't get one from the obnoxious and rude owner. This could have been handled easily and professionally but the owner chose not to!

  Derrick was an outstanding plumber—professional, knowledgeable, and extremely reliable. He took the time to explain the issue clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done right the first time. His attention to detail and respectful attitude really stood out. The work was high-quality, fairly priced, and completed in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend Derrick to anyone looking for an honest, skilled plumber and will definitely be using him again.

  Repairing two wobbly toilets, David did an excellent job and cleaned up perfectly after his work. He was friendly and efficient. The price was good and we will definitely use Just Plumbing again.

  When a faucet broke and sent water everywhere, Just Plumbing saved the day. The scheduler was kind, quick, and got us a same-day appointment. Jeshua and his colleague arrived promptly, replaced both bathroom faucets and the shutoff valves, and made everything look effortless. Truly excellent service. They’re now our go-to plumbing team.
