Chase roofing had a very competitive price. Ken Gunter was the sales guy and he was extremely responsive and very helpful. There were a few variables with it being an old farm house roof and he helped make adjustments to the quote / contract multiple times until we were completely comfortable signing it. Chase roofing did exactly what they said they were going to do , in the time frame they said, and did an excellent job, and cleaned up everything afterward. They even took pictures and uploaded them on a website so we could see the decking repairs that they made. I would find it hard to beat them on value and customer service. And they have a great warranty . The only issue I had in the process was that as they were cleaning up I noticed the flashing had been replaced on one of the chimneys but hadn’t been replaced around the other chimney (the contract said they would replace around both chimneys). A quick call to Ken and they were back on the roof replacing the flashing on the second chimney. We had a great experience overall with Chase.

I am happy to say that my effort paid off. Chase Roofing returned my phone calls, showed up when they said they would, and completed the job on time. The quality of work is excellent, the product is excellent, and the warranty is the best I could find. The employees were very polite and professional. If my parents were to ask me who I would recommend to replace or repair the roof on their house I would absolutely say Chase Roofing and advise them not to let anyone else even close to their roof.
