  The technician, Bryan, was great! He examined and analyzed our HVAC System and explained the repairs that would soon be needed. Bryan suggested the costs to repair our system based on condition and age might warrant consideration of a new system, and we scheduled an estimate. Overall communication was excellent before, during and afterward, and Bryan was extremely professional, friendly and helpful.

  Rudy came out today to check out why our AC unit wasn’t working properly. Unfortunately, it’s an older unit and needs to be replaced since the compressor is a goner. Rudy was professional and very informative when explaining the condition of the unit and the next steps for purchasing a new one. I will receive an email which will include several options outlined in an estimate. I would like to take off half a star only because the arrival was outside of my appointment window and l had to call the office for an ETA. They were very apologetic and I understand that things happen, especially during busy, season -changing months. No biggie! I have been using this company since 2004 and have always received excellent service.

  Mike communicated very well by email, text and phone. He arrived right on time and worked very efficiently and precisely to inspect and evaluate each of my HVAC zones. Additionally, he was great at answering all my questions about specifics of each system and on going maintenance. When I asked about the membership plan he explained it clearly in terms of advantages. Son went with the plan for both systems. Good, knowledgeable professional who is easy to talk to.

  We needed our Rheem Heat pump hot water pump thermistors replaced. Called on Friday, scheduled with Rudy for 1300-1700 Tuesday. We received a call late afternoon saying Rudy was running late due to delays on earlier repair, could he come in evening. I happily said yes. Rudy arrived at 1930 and completed the work in an hour, in a very tight and challenging location. As usual, he was friendly, organized, and positive in spite of the challenging design of the Rheem unit. The price was reasonable, considering the time and difficulty of the repair. As usual, I am quite happy with Leonard Splaine team and especially Rudy. Highly recommend this family owned business.

  I had an outstanding experience with this company from start to finish. Brad (lead technician) and Jacob (assistant) were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely detail-oriented throughout the entire process. Brad did a thorough job diagnosing the issue and clearly explained what needed to be repaired and why, which made it easy to understand and gave me confidence in the solution. The estimate was later provided by the service manager, and it was fair and aligned with the work that was recommended. What stood out the most was how meticulous Brad and Jacob were during the repair. Every step was handled with care, and they took the time to properly test and verify the system after installation to ensure everything was running exactly as it should. You can tell they take pride in doing the job the right way, not just getting it done quickly. Brad also went above and beyond by taking the time to educate me on the repair, how the system works, and what to expect going forward. He clearly explained the service performed and the warranty on the replaced parts, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. It’s rare to find technicians who are not only skilled but also honest, transparent, and customer-focused. Brad and Jacob absolutely delivered on all fronts.
