(The old tank had flooded, and the old boiler was in rough shape.) I had a good experience with every employee I communicated with: Brad Hockenberry (sales), Josh and Jake (installers), Brad Hoskins (final calibration), and Sandra and Alejandra (reception and scheduling). I'm particularly grateful to Brad (Hockenberry), who talked me through every heating option I was curious about, (pricing and short-term vs long-term considerations for different solutions), and to the installers Josh and Jake. Those two spent the most time at my home (probably 10 or 12 hours over 2 days), and I felt they genuinely respected my home and were passionate about their work.

He determined that the cause of the problem was a blockage in the exhaust tube of the furnace, which was very difficult to access. So he cut the exhaust tube and blew out the blockage with a ShopVac. This approach solved the problem and my furnace is now working properly.
