Derrick listened to us and helped us find a beautiful carpet that fit our needs and budget. He is patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and provided expert guidance throughout the entire process. He even showed up to our home during the installation! Jose and his Mother (the installers) were terrific! They were efficient, clean, respectful of our property, and didn’t damage our freshly painted walls and trim. They even removed their shoes and put on their shoes every time they left or came back into our home during the removal and installation. We will definitely choose this company again for our next flooring project. Thank you, First American Carpet! :)

They reworked out outdated steps and put in Mohawk Silk Smart strand carpet which is really soft and durable. The price was reasonable and the value for the dollar excellent.
