- BYB YoungSep 27, 20252.0Ruben was nice; however, he lack the will to help. I took my water heater there and turned it in. I told him that I had a "R" number from ga manufacturer. He said that he could only work with a contractor. I was able to get in contact with the manufacturer and he told me that I needed the sticker from the water heater to get my refund. I went back to the store and they gave me every part of the sticker except the party with the serial number. They said that they could not get it off. This sounds crooked to me. I may have to file a civil suit.
