Aaron was able to come out same day to replace the two valves in about 45 minutes. He was very knowledgeable, kind and quickly accomplished the job. Definitely worth a call again if something happens to come up. Very happy with the entire process.

Fixed a complicated gas pipe issue from the gas meter outside to inside the house. The work was all done the day of, one day after having to shut gas off to our entire home. This a huge safety issue and no gas to the house or any of our gas appliances. Will use them again!
- AKAdam KerrJan 5, 20262.0I did not have a good experience with this company. They don’t charge for a service call but then charge a very high price to do the work, in my opinion. The technician was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. However, the price to do the work was very high to me. He was in the house for not more than an hour and fixed the pipe to my shower diverter that I improperly installed. Part of that hour included a delay b/c he needed to charge the battery for his tool, which is understandable due to the cold weather. I’m all about paying for quality work but the price seemed very high. They gave me a military discount which was nice of them but the price was still $350 for 1 hour of work (which required very few parts). I should have politely thanked them for their time and gotten a second quote from a different company. But, I was pressed for time and just had them do the work. I went with this company b/c they had an extremely high rating. I am providing this review so other customers are aware of potential challenges that they may face when requesting similar services.

I called DB plumbing first thing Monday morning to schedule an appointment and before I finished speaking with Mystee, Payton H was already on his way! Payton is very professional and pointed out potential problems with the location of the water heater and between him and my husband it was resolved quickly. Payton installed the new water heater in its new location and got it working before the day was over. He double checked to make sure everything is working properly and cleaned up before leaving. No cold showers tonight thanks to Payton and DB Plumbing! I highly recommend and will use them from now on.
- HLHannotek, Ink LLCDec 18, 20255.0We’ve been calling on DB’s Plumbing for years to handle our plumbing needs. This time was no different. We have our home inspected periodically so we can stay on top of any problems that may slowly develop. Our most recent inspection indicated an issue with the sump pump, in that it was either initializing all the time or not at all. We called DB’s Plumbing to check it out, and they found that the unit was definitely beyond repair and would need to be replaced. And the timing couldn’t have been better since it had been raining for days, and our broken sump pump was unable to pump the water under the house away from the foundation. James came out with a new sump pump and had it installed in short order. He indicated to me that the water level was only inches away from the top, and had we waited any longer than our basement would have started flooding. James has been out to our house a few times in the past, and I know he does quality work. I am grateful for the quick turnaround and reasonable price for this job. No one wants a sump pump to fail, especially in a rain storm. But if it does, then DB’s Plumbing should be the first ones to call.
