The window was made made an appointment to come showed up. The window was out in 20 minutes and it is encased with brick. The new one was put in in 25 minutes and all in all they were done in a half hour including the brick molding An amazing job would gladly refer them to anybody the next house I build I’m gonna have them do all my windows

Rigo, who handled the measuring and coordination, did an excellent job making sure everything fit perfectly. The installation crew, led by Kevin and two other hard-working guys whose names I didn’t catch, did an outstanding job. They were professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything looked perfect. They cleaned up thoroughly after the job, and the finished windows look amazing. Overall, this was a smooth, stress-free experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend this company and everyone involved from Cameron, Rigo, Kevin, and the crew. For anyone considering new windows.

The doors arrived scuffed up and missing random screw caps on one of the doors. The doors also arrived in an off white / primer color. I asked the rep to confirm I had ordered white doors and he said that white doors would have been more expensive since cost was a concern for me. Aka he told me they were white and gave me the off white color ready for paint because it was cheaper just to get me to sign the contract. Now I have to paint these doors, even though Angel said the rep would paint them and haven’t heard anything in weeks about that. I’ve also called multiple times to get the screw caps and they keep saying they have to look into. $8500 not well spent! Update: they sent me the screw caps after some follow up. Still not happy about the initial door color issue but they did offer to paint it.
