  Horrible! We used them on our new build and our mother in law suite. I would urge people to use anyone but them! I had to call the fire department because the fireplace fan burst into flames, luckily I was home when it happened. Second, in the in law suite they installed the fire place incorrectly and we weren’t able to use it until it was resolved. Lastly, they did not insulate the blower pipe into our downstairs. As an average person I had no idea it was done incorrectly, but our HVAC guys came and told us it could easily start a fire. Of course this company refuses to take any ownership of this and since it’s past the first year (we built the house 2 years ago) they tell us it’s on us to fix it. So after dealing with this company for the last few months to fix these situations all we have is a fireplace fan part still “being sent to us” for the last two months, my husband using YouTube to correct the in law suite fireplace, and trying to figure out how to insulate an entire length of metal blower pipe that is tightly fitted through our subfloor. I’m pretty sure we have put more work into fixing everything than they did to install any of it.

  I used Davenport for my new construction house. They did all of my insulation and did a fantastic job. My contact was Dustin who was great with responding and getting out to get my jobs done. They were very efficient . I would definitely recommend this company:)
