  I sent a message on thumbtack about a garbage disposal issue and was called for scheduling very quickly. Jacob arrived within the time frame I was given and installed a new garbage disposal quickly. I was offered 3 different options for disposals so I was able to pick something that worked in my budget. I will definitely use their services in the future if needed.

  Ben Franklin plumbing was excellent. You get through to dispatch immediately and then we had a very timely service response. The service tech Pierce was very professional, thoughtful, and precise. The old 1960s shutoff valve issue was corrected/replaced with no issues and a last minute on-site request from us was dealt with by having the right parts on his truck. Highly recommend this company.

  Pierce was extremely friendly and knew how to fix our clogged drain. He was quick and knowledgeable. He even gave us some advice about our water softener. We will be using them again when it’s time to get that done. The lady who answered the phone was very pleasant and was able to get us right in. I highly recommend!
