We have a year-old system that was installed improperly by a home warranty contractor. Owens correctly diagnosed the problem and replaced the compressor and refrigerant. Their repair cost was less than half the estimate from another company and the system is finally working properly. The technicians and office staff were friendly, professional and helpful and we will definitely be calling Owens in the future if we need work or repairs.
