Kevin came out twice to look at it and was able to get it running the first time but unfortunately, the second time was unsuccessful. His insight and guidance provided was appreciated and helped us make an informed decision for next steps. We ended up choosing Owens for a brand new install because of their diligence, knowledge and willingness to resolve our heating crisis quickly. Lisa was great to work with and was able to coordinate everything quickly and even worked after hours to meet our needs. Thank you Owens family and team!

Tech came out next day & said that my Zoning Control Board was bad...I have 3 zones on that unit. He gave me an estimate for repairs, which I thought was rather high. I bought a new Zoning Control Board, called Alan Owens (owner of Owens HVAC) to see if his company would install the new Board. His office staff set me up for an appointment a few days later. Jesse showed up on time, installed the new Board in just over an hour, checked thermostats in all zones, cleaned up the area & was on to his next job. He was prompt, professional, courteous, highly skilled & very polite. AND, the cost of the new Zoning Control Board plus the install labor was less than half of my current company. I will be using Owens HVAC for all my future HVAC work!!

He arrived on time and answered many questions before doing the service. Seemed to be very knowledgeable and professional. Being a new house, he found no problems and ended his visit with a recap and explanation of the annual Spring maintenance. Very satisfied with the whole process.
