They had an unusual circumstance that caused my request (and others) to slip through the crack. I do appreciate them apologizing and explaining the situation. I hope they start using a central calendar to prevent situations like this from occurring when something happens to one of the workers. I will contact J&L for other projects that my home needs. They are registered with the SCC and DPOR confirms they are a licensed contractor. Original: I contacted J & L Home Renovations about a month ago to replace my gutters. The lady I spoke to was very friendly. She said their workers do their own scheduling and one of them follow up with me. However, none of them have.
