  Morgan bayse showed up on time and got straight to it. Took care of us in a timely manner and informed us on exactly what went wrong with the unit. No games and no upcharge like a lot of these companies out here try to do. Gave us good pricing and showed us options for maintenance for the future. Super solid guys would definitely recommend to anyone

  We had a great experience with Fusion from start to finish. Scheduling was simple, billing was straightforward, and everything felt easy and well-organized. Jose was our technician and he was fantastic—professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and made sure our system was running perfectly before he left. Overall, excellent service all around. Highly recommend!

  My entire experience with Fusion has been amazing. Everyone has been kind, thorough, helpful, and efficient. Ben and Ross helped me with my financing and the whole process. I had to get my entire cooling and heating system replaced which is a huge project. I appreciate their honesty, communication, and professionalism.   Found fusion while looking to get routine maintenance done on my mechanical equipment. From the first call was impressed with the customer service, they explained various services and even their pool services. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Had my first service and everything went really well. I have had bad experiences with contractors but was really pleased. Morgan was great and explained everything I needed to know and gave me options and plenty of information to help me make an informed decision. Appreciate how he called ahead, when he was on his way and was on time. Could not have asked for better service.

  Morgan HVAC was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He was responsive, professional, and showed up exactly when he said they would. He explained everything clearly, fixed the issue quickly, and left the area spotless. Pricing was fair and transparent. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable HVAC service! He even gave my sweet puppy Johnny a toy 🪀
