  Bob Nodler was very nice and helpful through the sales portion of my shed, he answered all questions in a timely manner. Bob and another salesman helped me with understating what I needed to send in to get my permit completed. After I got the shed built, Bob checked in with me to make sure everything went well. I was concerned about a few minor things and he has been so wonderful and helpful. I love my tuff shed and highly recommend them.

  first off sales rep edwin at home depot will contact you nonstop for 2 months straight asking about a shed but then when I ordered one to get one built and when I go to contact him about the flaws, he goes ghost. had to get in touch with the richmond location just to get things situated. I had this company build the shed to save me time and energy from me doing it myself which was a mistake to begin with. they had to come out several times just to fix the mistakes first go round. if I can go back to build it myself, I very much would had.

  Glad we decided to finally go with TuffShed. Lee kept us informed of deals and new products during the entire year it took us to finally decide on a shed. Can't be happier with the shed too. Finally have a bigger storage area and a reason to tear down our old crappy plastic one.

  I worked with Bob at the Virginia Beach Tuff Shed, and he was awesome. Super helpful, welcoming, and made the whole process really easy. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything from start to finish. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.

  Lee did a great job getting us set up with the perfect shed. He is super knowledgeable about the product. He has a teriffic no pressure sales approach. The delivery and build went off without a single problem, the build team were excellent in every way. I could not be happier with the outcome of my Tuff Shed purchase.
