Bob and another salesman helped me with understating what I needed to send in to get my permit completed. After I got the shed built, Bob checked in with me to make sure everything went well. I was concerned about a few minor things and he has been so wonderful and helpful. I love my tuff shed and highly recommend them.
- JAJerome A.Jan 31, 20262.0first off sales rep edwin at home depot will contact you nonstop for 2 months straight asking about a shed but then when I ordered one to get one built and when I go to contact him about the flaws, he goes ghost. had to get in touch with the richmond location just to get things situated. I had this company build the shed to save me time and energy from me doing it myself which was a mistake to begin with. they had to come out several times just to fix the mistakes first go round. if I can go back to build it myself, I very much would had.
