However, I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone nor will we ever do business with them again. The owner threatened to sue me over an $800 invoice two weeks after it was sent for a restocking fee on material that was ordered by mistake. They also installed a wood floor that was faulty and had to be redone which was a major inconvenience and added cost. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company and arrogant business owner. There are dozens of other flooring companies in Hampton Roads that will treat you with much more dignity and respect — and offer a much better quality, price, and customer experience.
