Upon the first consultation of our roof project I could tell Jim and his team were going to be the right fit for the job because of their background in not only residential roofing systems but also commercial applications including historic industrial buildings in Norfolk and surrounding areas. This type of knowledge gave us a lot of confidence as homeowners going into the project with Jim and his team at Seaboard because the work we needed was way more involved than a roof replacement-- it involved full demolition of the roof to open-air and reconfiguring the actual framing of the house underneath the shingles in order to switch over to a different structural style to support the roof. Jim and his team carried out this work with precision and proficiency. Five Stars.
