  My family has been customers of Mechollage for several years now. We have always been so pleased with the service provided and how prompt they are to make sure their customers are taken care of. We recently had a communication issue on one of the jobs and the response we received and the solution to the issue was above expectations! We look forward to continuing to work with Mechollage in the future.

  Average experience at best. Showed up late and did not communicate. Did not have proper tool the first time. Super expensive. Was charged $200+ for a part that is $50 at a big box store, and charged $900 for two visits that totaled less than 90 minutes. Technician Rakim is super nice, courteous, and professional.

  Mike at Mechollage did an excellent job fixing our furnace during the recent winter storm when service requests were understandably very high. He was efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly an expert at what he does. He took the time to explain the troubleshooting process in a way I could understand, which I really appreciated since I know very little about furnaces. He was also very thorough and made sure everything was checked before finishing the job. Because of the great experience, I signed up for their annual maintenance plan. Highly recommend!

  John (Sales Rep) and the installation team was able to install a new HVAC system in my house prior to a winter freeze that occurred late January 2026. The installation team worked from the crack of dawn until late in the evening to ensure the system was up and running properly. A second team came back a few days later to work out a minor bug associated with WiFi connection. John went the extra mile to make sure all my questions were addressed and answered. He also followed up weeks later to see how the new system was running and dropped off my warranty certificates. Additionally, John assisted with me with air filter replacements giving me peace and mind when it’s time to replace it. I’m extremely pleased with the customer service and support I received from the Mechollage team. I encourage anyone looking to have maintenance or a new system installed to consider Mechollage!!!!!

  The BEST Service ever. So quick, mother nature kicked our Butt. Issue of leak from heating due to pan needing replacement. Called company I have had for over 26 years with contract on a Saturday said they couldn't help til Wednesday. Called this company and they came out and helped, switched to them. It's the company service that you get when in need, I know everyone was scrambling, but no appointment til Wed. Cancelled and became a customer with Mecholage . Thanks so much to Mike and Jerome and the Owner who we also had the privilege to speak with and Will . 5STARS
