  AJ and his crew replaced the siding on the right side of our home and did a great job. Even though it wasn’t a full house project, they treated it like it was. Communication was solid, they showed up on time, and everything was done the way it should be. The new siding blends in perfectly and the whole side of the house looks clean and refreshed. You can tell they care about the details. They also made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. I’d definitely recommend AJ Smith if you need siding work done.   Setting up the initial meeting was quick and painless. The salesman was knowledgeable and the roof installation was set up in record time. The workers showed up on time and worked hard. They were not able to get the whole roof installation done on the first day, but came back the next day and finished up. Because of a mixup regarding who the foreman was, we were kept in the dark about progress and expectations until the job was done. The replacement foreman showed up when the workers were done and agreed that some of the shingles looked bad and had the workers return to replace a few of them. I still was not satisfied with how a lot of the shingles were laying. I was told that after a few hot days, the heat from the sun would activate the glue and the shingles should lay flat, but the weather has not cooperated, yet. I’m still hoping that the roof will one day look like I expected it to, and if it did, I would give 5 stars, but the company nagged me and my husband to fill out the survey. At this point, with the roof looking like it does, I can’t give 5 stars. Everything else about the experience was fine, so I’m giving 4 stars.

  This was our first time working with Home Genius Exteriors for a trim installation, and we had a great experience from start to finish. AJ Smith made everything easy to understand and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The trim installation completely upgraded the look of our home. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were excellent, and the finished product looks clean, sharp, and professionally done. The installers were efficient, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. Overall, the project exceeded our expectations. The team delivered exactly what was promised, and the results speak for themselves. We’re extremely pleased with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to work with AJ and the Home Genius Exteriors team again in the future.

  We recently had our siding redone in a beautiful midnight blue by Home Genius Exteriors, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! AJ Smith was absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish. Even though we ran into an unexpected issue with a water spigot during the project, everything was handled professionally and with clear, consistent communication. AJ made sure we understood what was happening, what the solution was, and kept the project moving smoothly. His attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right really stood out. The installers were also excellent — they finished the entire job in just two days! They worked quickly, efficiently, and were extremely professional throughout the process. The finished siding looks incredible, and the entire experience was stress-free thanks to AJ and the team. I highly recommend AJ Smith and Home Genius Exteriors to any homeowner looking for quality work and excellent service!

  I am only giving this five star rating solely based off of my second project manager Jeremy E.!!! If it wasn't for him then a single star!!!!!! There were a lot of things that went wrong. From wrong materials ordered to do a job that was not agreed upon and I saved the company about 40,000 yet cost myself that same amount cuz I could have gotten my entire house sided for free. Advice to anybody that happens to in the future let them do it it won't cost you anything because it's their mistake they'll have to eat it but me being an honest person I let them know did I get anything of course not just a lot of headache. There was definitely a communication barrier between the workers on the house and myself as they spoke only Spanish and either none or very little English. Certain aspects had to be redone multiple times trash and debris from the project was left in my yard including Nails sharp pieces of siding Etc. Which are very dangerous because I have pets that run around in my yard let alone myself walking around in my yard that could have seriously gotten injured. Pay close attention to your purchase order as they had included things on my list that should have never been there.!! Again when Jeremy ended up getting my project as an error by the company but a very welcomed one as he made sure that things were done and corrected the best that he could and I give him extremely high praise for his professionalism his courteous nature and is making sure that the customer in this case myself was satisfied with the end results. There's a lot more that I could say about this and I wish that the company has a hole would have done better and giving me a discount for the headache that I had to go through along with going past their install date as a recommendation on the company as a whole I would probably lean towards a 30% to 40% of a recommendation for anybody however if you can request Jeremy and his crew I believe that I would go ahead and say a good 90+% success
