  Doesn't pay their employees once they are gone from the company. It's been over a month and we haven't been paid for all the closed deals and contracts and PM won't return phone calls or text messages. What a shame, literally thousands of dollars.

  Gutter product is great. However, the installation was not performed as expected and where I was promised during the initial sales for where coverage would be. The down spout for the gutter was also in the wrong location and I was told could be moved. AS of today, the work has still not been corrected. I am promised each time that the contracted workers would be coming to the house. They promised yesterday and was a NO SHOW! These are not cheap gutters either! Communication is poor with the workers. You have to call the lead contractor to speak with the workers and the opportunity for quick resolution is lacking. I had to call the main customer service # and now have to wait another 24 hours.

  So far we have had a horrible experience with this company installing a new roof on our home. After being told the project was complete on day 1, they asked us to sign off before on the project being complete before we even got home. Upon inspecting the job there were several gaps between shingles where the weather stripping was exposed. We sent photos to the project manager who stated the team would be back the next day to address the concerns. This happened three times, they come say it’s complete, and we are seeing the same areas untouched from the first “completion”. After having f this team come by three times we called the local number and asked for someone to come inspect the “completed job” to see if it was up to companies standard. At this inspection we were told no, half of the roof needed to be redone. It’s been almost a week since then and when we reached out to the project manager to see when the team will be back out and we are met with a short rude reply. They also “signed” for me to state the job was complete to release funds from loan company. Obviously, the job is not complete. We took a change on this company vs hiring someone local thinking they use good materials and offer a warranty but now I am regretting that, as this has been back and forth, drawn out, mostly not great customer service (besides the man who facilitated the inspection he was great). With short snarky responses when we are addressing real issues. Spend your money elsewhere.

  Home, genius exteriors came out to our home and replaced our Siding, and all the damage would underneath of it in addition to our sofa and fascia, all the trim around the house, including the window, trim and door trims and installed new gutters. The crew did an amazing job. The house looks great and they cleaned up after themselves. They were also very courteous and worked with us when we had questions. I would definitely recommend them.

  Overall, we are happy with the results. The new roof looks great. Our issues dealt with managing expectations. 1) When the rep visited us (Gage), one of the biggest selling points for us was the fact that the yard would be protected above & beyond a 'typical' roofing job. The picture in the briefing showed a tarp slide that would have protected the plants and reduced the debris and plant destruction. When the crew arrived, they barely tarped one section of the front and back, totalling about 25% of the yard. Debris, however, surrounded the entire house. Some plants got damaged. They did clean up when all the work was done. 2) There was a language barrier. The workers showed up as scheduled, but were unable to answer questions we had. The foreman (Kevin) was working multiple locations, and didn't show up until the early afternoon. I was able to text him, but it would have been good to have an English speaker at the very beginning. 3) The project took two days, not the planned 1 day. When the crew was done, they just departed without a word, and no final walkthrough. 4) We had debris in the house from when the skylights were worked on. We had not anticipated that, and had to clean it ourselves. Also, two of our yard lights were broken. That may have been avoided had the yard been tarped the way we had expected. 5) We still had a lot of nails and debris that we picked up with a magnet after the project was done. Again, overall, the job got done, and the new roof looks great, hence the higher score. The demotes point is because we expected a different experience with respect to the yard, but it felt like it was handled the way any other roofing company does business. Last, we had a great follow up meeting with Darryl, and he worked with us to rectify the issues we listed.
