  Customer Home Improvement was referred by neighbor. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Very professional, prompt, attentive, experienced, impressive and hardworking team (Terry, Efrain, Edgar and Angel). Vinyl Trim installation was completed in 2 days. Wonderful Job!

Antonio not only gave me a comparable quote, but also went above and beyond and fixed the ladder to my attic because he couldn't leave it the way it was. He and the crew repaired my roof in record time. On top of that he is professional, respectful, kind and always has a smile on his face. Tim has taken time out of his busy role as owner of the company to call me personally to address scheduling and contract issues, which showed me his commitment to customer care. And all the support I've received from Aech, Tina, Kimberly and others has been genuine, efficient, and timely. Instead of applying a temporary fix, he consulted with other managers to determine the best long-term solution for our deck roof. He truly went above and beyond to ensure the repair was done correctly and built to last. The job was completed on schedule, and the crew did a thorough cleanup before leaving — our yard was spotless. Afterward, Neil completed a full inspection with me and clearly explained how they reinforced and repaired the roof.   My husband James and I called several companies trying to get a quote on getting our 20 year old roof replaced, but no one would return our call. Custom Home Improvements returned our call and had someone out to give us a quote within a day and once we decided to go with their company, we were put on the schedule the following week. We want to thank Mike Hall, Kimberly, Rick, and Efrin for a smooth process and a wonderful job they all did from the beginning to the end. We would definitely recommend them.
