  I interviewed 3 companies in total for my complete roofing project. This company is the way to go! Greg Smith was knowledgeable and shared his experiences with GAF and was not a pushy person when it came to signing a contract right away which is something I greatly appreciate. It gave me time to think things over, ask questions, and get the most information I could get to make an informed decision. Kimberly in financing was great to work with, staying in communication with answers to any questions we had about the process. Francisco and his team who did the install were nothing short of amazing. Himself and his crew showed up early, worked hard all day, and communicated every single issue that was located and how it was going to be fixed. I did have an issue post roof install between my sunroom roof and where the home roof met. Francisco acknowledged the issue, didn’t try to place blame on anything, and worked with his crew to fix the issue. This whole experience was nothing but a breeze and would hire them for any future projects in my home.

  I am pleased to provide a review for Custom Home Improvement & Repairs, reflecting on my excellent experience from the sales presentation through the replacement of two roofs and the installation of new gutters on one of the homes. The process began with a meeting with sales consultant Demetrius. I informed Demetrious that I had already consulted two other remodeling companies and was not prepared to make an immediate decision. Unlike the representatives from the other companies, Demetrius was neither aggressive nor pushy, avoiding tactics like pressuring for an immediate decision by suggesting a major price increase after 24 hours. Instead, he demonstrated extensive knowledge about roofing and gutters, presented us with three reasonably priced options, and thoroughly answered all of our questions. Once we decided to proceed with the company, I communicated with Kimberly over the phone to schedule the projects. She exhibited excellent customer service skills, providing all the necessary information such as project start time, the name of the project manager, and other relevant details. Kimberly also meticulously reviewed the contracts with me, ensuring I fully understood all terms. On the day of installation, project manager, Rick introduced himself, and clearly explained the protocol for addressing any unforeseen issues, such as the need to replace additional damaged wood that was not covered in the contract. Throughout the project, Rick maintained impeccable attention to detail. Both roofs were completed on schedule, and they look Outstanding. My husband and I are thoroughly impressed with the team’s dedication, as they exceeded expectations and ensured the sites were thoroughly cleaned upon completion.   I had a great experience with Custom Home Improvement on my roof install. From start to finish, everyone was exceptionally professional and pleasant to deal with. Terry clearly communicated the process and answered my questions completely. Kimberly is an outstanding communicator and kept me consistently up to date. Rick and the crew executed the install effectively and left me with a great looking roof. Overall, I'm happy with the peace of mind provided by Custom Home's product and warranty. With how substantial of an investment a roof is, it's worth shopping around but to me, I think I found the best value.

  They were great! Services were clearly explained, affordable and on our schedule. Terry explained the process, our options and provided an estimate quickly and professionally. Scheduling was clearly communicated by Kimberly in their office. Fransisco, the project manager, had the job done perfectly and answered any questions we had at the final walk through. Overall a great experience.

  This was our first time replacing a roof and also working with Custom Home Improvement. Cannot say enough positive things about the experience and the people we worked with. Greg Smith, the overall project coordinator worked with us on pricing and additional work beyond the roofing, and was very knowledgeable and professional. Kimberly, the project scheduler worked with us on timing and financing considerations, again very polite and knowledgeable. The guys who did the work were very professional and, timely when arriving for the day’s work and staying late to complete the work. Special considerations for protecting plants and trees around the roof were taken and the area was clear of waste daily. Thanks to Neil and Francisco for managing the project seamlessly. A special shout out to Francisco for personally handling the extra vent and siding requests. Great job by all involved, highly recommend this team.
