    I am very proud of my new roof. Very neat and clean work. I highly recommend this company. Kimberly and Francisco made the whole entire project so easy for me. I didn’t have to worry about anything. They kept me updated on every little step a long the way. Custom Home Improvement will definitely get my business again someday.

    New Roof Done! Awesome team! We had a car in my driveway that had not started and Rick was kind enough to jump it and get it moved and put it back when done, now that is service! From the beginning with Gio, Tim, Rick and Kimberly who was amazing and so kind to work with. The crew was great and cleaned up...like they were never there. They all got the job done! Truly satisfied!

    We are completely satisfied with our recent experience having a new roof installed by Custom Home Improvement. When I noticed a neighbor getting a new roof I stopped and left my name and number to be passed on to a sales person. Mike called me quickly and set up a visit for a free estimate. The best part was it was truly free, no high pressure to sign a contract and we were left to make our decision over a week or so. Once we made the decision to go, we signed a contract and soon were contacted by Production Manager Kimberly who quickly set up a date for our project. On the coldest day of December, the team led by project manager Rick arrived early and were completed, cleaned up and gone by 2 PM. We have nothing but praise for the entire group we did business with and would highly recommend this contractor for any home repair work. Ed & Rita Utz

    Excellent work all around. Easy process from meeting with Keith to get the estimate, working with Kimberly to get the appiontment scheduled, and all of the prep work ready, and finally, Rick and his team, who got here promptly this morning and got the job done just before the rain started. I have a secondary job that I'll need to get an estimate on, and I'll I'll be calling Keith to get that started immediately.

    Overall Outstanding experience. The right price for quality work with excellent product and workmanship warranty. After going through five or six quotes with other companies, I appreciated not being given the sales gimmick and the zero pressure estimate, price was just right, not too high or too low, much lower than some competitors. I put in a quote request on a weekend and Terry called me on a Saturday and was very knowledgeable and reliable, I felt confident in the company. Neil was a great project manager and kept me regularly updated. He came out and tarped my leaking roof before the project started. Kimberly made scheduling easy and had a new roof in no time. They were careful with clean up and even tarped my entire pool since I didn't have a cover. Highly recommended without reservation.
