Everyone who was a part of the process from the initial quote to installation were polite, efficient and thorough. We explored multiple estimates and Better View came through with the most reasonable and quality price. We were really appreciative of Anthony and his crew who did the installation. The windows look beautiful. Anthony took the extra step to accommodate a timing issue (on our part) with some other repairs happening at the same time as window installation. He made sure that the job was completed despite the inconvenience to him. We really appreciated his kindness and accommodation! We highly recommend Better View!

He was rude and acted like we were wasting his time because we only need one window. He made sure to let us know several times that one window is much more expensive. The quote for this company was the cheapest we've received but we will not be moving forward with them. They appear to have the attitude that a small job is a waste of time. If you aren't polite about our small job we will not hire you for a larger job in the future nor will we recommend you to anyone.

- ACAMINE CHAOUATEOct 22, 20251.0These guys are doing sidings for my next door neighbor Very disrespectful, they’re start at 8am and I understand construction noise but the workers are constantly singing loud 2nd day, their trash was all over my door step that I had to clean, when asked them to keep it clean they denied that Home Depot trash bags were not theirs and got an attitude So they started parking they vehicles in the middle of the curb not allowing me to fit my car so I won’t block my wife’s car in the driveway I asked them to be considering an leave me some room, their response was they will do it once done from work That means I have to wait till the end of the day I’m still gonna call their office and complain
