- NDNicole DDec 5, 20251.0This was the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. If you are going through a fire or any major disaster and need your belongings packed, cleaned, or stored, please do NOT let your insurance company send your items to this company. My belongings came back broken, poorly handled, and many items were still dirty with a strong smoke smell. The management was completely nonchalant about the issues and showed no urgency or professionalism in fixing the problems. They simply did not do the job they were paid to do. What makes this even worse is that my insurance company paid over $100,000 for their services, and this is the treatment I received. Absolutely unacceptable. Insurance companies: stop using this company. And to anyone else: protect yourself and your belongings—choose someone else, because you will be extremely unhappy with the results.

They worked in conjunction with homeowners insurance. Provided clear contracts. Nate, Tyre, Kayleb, Samir, Blue were professional and on time. We had a flood from an air conditioner and it damaged my floors and walls. Mediation was prompt and thorough. They kept in touch with me all the way through this lengthy process of mediation, cleaning, tearing up floors, drying the house out, packing out my entire downstairs, installing the new floors, repairing and painting walls, including ceilings, moving my belongings back in. All this time I was either confined to a wheelchair or using a walker after a fall and fractures so they had to do everything. They left my house looking better than when they started for sure! Very caring, polite and contentious people. Highly recommend!!!
