  I was very pleased with the whole experience of buying a roof with Custom Home Improvements. Terry the salesperson was upfront honest and very knowledgeable of all the products. Did not feel pressured at all to buy his product. Kimberly the scheduler was wonderful and easy to work with. She kept me informed of everything that was going to happen and all my concerns I had and who my install supervisor would be and passed those concerns on too him. Neil my install supervisor was fantastic. He addressed my concerns kept me up to date during the whole removal and install process, and took care of all my concern’s. I’m very pleased with the end product and would highly recommend Custom Home Improvements.

  *Highly Recommend!* Project Manager, Mark, along with his Carpentry Team, Chad & Dylan provided oustanding, professional & skilled services for our home improvement needs. Our new double doors look great! Chad & Dylan were prompt & kept me informed. Jobs site was so clean, afterwards, that besides having nice, new double doors, all was left as when they arrived. From the very beginning, they set the tone with professionalism, clear communication, and a level of care that you don’t come across often. They were always available, always patient, and made sure I understood every step of the process. No question felt like a burden, and no detail was overlooked. What stood out most was how genuine they were. They didn’t just “do their job,” they actually cared about making sure everything went smoothly and that I was comfortable and confident throughout the entire project. Neil, Keith, and Kimberly are the kind of people who represent what great customer service should look like. Because of them, the entire process felt seamless and stress-free. After researching several options, we came across Custom Home Improvement & Repairs of Hampton Roads—and we’re so glad we did. Scheduling was easy and stress-free. Antonio Vaquera came out promptly and was able to fix the issue right away. What initially felt like a huge problem to us suddenly seemed much more manageable thanks to his professionalism and confidence in his work. Antonio was incredibly friendly and took the time to walk me through each step of the repair so I understood exactly what he was doing. That level of communication really put us at ease.
