  From the moment I came into contact with Climate Makers of VA I knew This was the company I wanted to use for my HVAC issues. Ms. Teresa was very kind and patient with me as I expressed the issues that were going on with my new home. She was able to schedule an appointment to have a technician come out the same day and give me feedback for my issue. The technican was able to me give me feedback that the issue could be fixed. Less than a week later Randy, Eric, West came and fixed my HVAC problem. They went above and beyond to ensure my unit and lines were installed the right way. Randy even identified multiple issues that he was able to fix. He took photos and had me look for myself at what needed to be fixed. This company is my go to for anything HVAC related. They were all very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. Book now! You won’t be disappointed.

  Robert serviced both of our HVAC units last week. He did an extremely thorough job! He took his time, cleaned both units, and cleaned up any mess created. He found a couple small problems and fixed them quickly. I have never had a technician spend that much time on a routine service call for our HVAC units. It shows he really cares about the customers and takes pride in his job.

  Climate makers had a great deal going on for their maintenance plan so l took a different path from my usual and gave them a shot. Rob B., showed up to my door with a great attitude and energy. I had a capacitor that was reading low voltage so he physically and visually showed me what my current capacitor was reading via his multimeter and explained what it should be reading and the effects of a failing piece so I agreed to replace it. He proceeded with the maintenance, and boy let me tell you, I have NEVER had a tech that was as thorough through and through as Rob was! Everything looked brand new by the time he was done with it. Climatemaker’s is my new go to, especially, if Rob is on the job!

  Our second floor HVAC unit went out at the beginning of April and we found out it was 18 years old and time to replace it. After having two other companies come out to give us estimates, we met the team at Climatemakers and decided to go with them due to their professionalism, timeliness and customer service. The entire team was friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel welcome to ask questions.
