Blue and his team helped my mom out when we all needed repairs, Johnny and Carlos were fast when we needed it.

Blu, Nate, Oscar and the team were super responsive and professional. The pack out team were very respectful of my belongings and appreciated Tayre and his partner for all their work of loading and unloading my furniture. I’m very pleased with how the bathroom remodel and new flooring turned out. Definitely an upgrade from the original look which was quite dated.

Aresco of Tidewater came in to repair our homes damaged walls, ceilings and floor. Blue was very attentive to detail and Johnny and his crew did a great job on repairs. Everyone was professional and courteous. I would definitely refer them to others.

This was the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. If you are going through a fire or any major disaster and need your belongings packed, cleaned, or stored, please do NOT let your insurance company send your items to this company.
My belongings came back broken, poorly handled, and many items were still dirty with a strong smoke smell. The management was completely nonchalant about the issues and showed no urgency or professionalism in fixing the problems. They simply did not do the job they were paid to do.
What makes this even worse is that my insurance company paid over $100,000 for their services, and this is the treatment I received. Absolutely unacceptable.
Insurance companies: stop using this company. And to anyone else: protect yourself and your belongings—choose someone else, because you will be extremely unhappy with the results.
Frequently Asked Questions About Aresco of Tidewater
Will my insurance cover this?
Unfortunately, we cannot make the determination of what is a covered loss. This is the responsibility of the insurance carrier and the interpretation of the policy language. It is illegal in the state of Virginia for anyone not licensed as an insurance agent or adjuster to interpret insurance policy language.
I filed an insurance claim, how do I know if my insurance will cover the full cost?
Our Estimator and Project Manager will work directly with your insurance carrier’s adjuster to determine coverage prior to significant demo being performed. There is most likely a clause in your policy that allows the insurance carrier a right to inspect before a significant demo is performed. We typically get this in writing from the insurance carrier their approval to demo before the inspection in the form of a waiver or we will stabilize the loss while we wait for the arrival of the adjuster.
