  Sam at Absolute Comfort is a true professional and he’s been with us since the day we moved in. We wouldn’t call any other company and always request Sam! He keeps us apprised via text as to our appointment time; he even reaches out when he’s en route. Sam is very kind and genuinely caring, always asking if we have any questions at all when the work is complete. He tells us to feel free to text/call if think of any questions. He displays attention to detail and if he sees something else we may need, he’ll repair it when he’s here. Sam is very efficient and his technical knowledge is masterful! Best, Dr. and Mrs.

  Absolute Comfort Heating and AC company is wonderful. The tech, Ethan Owens, cleaned and checked my units and made the necessary repairs. He spends time making sure the units are running properly, never rushing to get to the next job. All my questions are answered in detail. I highly recommend Absolute Comfort!

  We had a great experience with this team. The technicians were professional, respectful, and worked efficiently over four days to get everything done right. They made sure to clean up after themselves each day, which we really appreciated. With small kids in the house, I was a bit worried about how everything would go, but they were mindful of our space and kept things running smoothly. Overall, we’re very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

  Sam was very knowledgeable about my system fixed the problem very quickly and did not try to pressure me to replace the unit.
