  Tim from Elite was great to work with, very professional and responsive, polite, set the expectation bar high for the quality of the work and then overachieved. In our case we had hail damage and Tim knew how t work with the insurance companies in order to get the claim approved. Fortunately we got a new roof and new siding. The roof guys worked hard and did a great job. They also replaced some plywood that had rotted (see pictures). The siding guys did a super job. They FIXED many things that the builder screwed up. For example, they fixed a spot where racoons were entering the attic due to a poor construction by the builder (house 23 years old). They also fixed a hose bid that was not secured well to the house. They encapsulated some windows that were added where the framing was rotting. I also paid for wider gutters and gutter guards which look fantastic. And paid for new shutters. The house now looks GREAT. Tim and Elite knocked it out of the park. Amber Oaks Ct, Oak Hill, VA

  My experience with Elite Certified Contractors was amazing from start to finish. Tim Thompson is very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and trustworthy. He was involved in the process of replacing my roof and gutters and repair of damage in my closet from beginning to end. The gentlemen that are on his staff were on time, polite and skillful. I know that I can feel secure knowing that the best quality materials were used by professionals that care about their work and their clients. I highly recommend this company.

  Tim was awesome at helping me with my insurance. The quality of work his team performed was superior. They replaced my roof, replaced/repaired some siding, and some fencing. I highly recommend using them if you want someone that will get the work done as expected.

  Elite installed a new tin roof on our home. It was a complicated and unique job. They were willing to creatively work through the complexities, suggest solutions, keep our interests in mind and deliver an outstanding outcome. Elite is absolutely excellent in all areas of their work and service by being thorough, qualified, honest, timely and a pleasure to work with. We were extremely pleased and highly recommend them.
